Papaya shake - Jus Papaye

PAPAYA SHAKE

Adjust the sugar to your taste, and substitute skim if you must, but try this frozen shake my way at least once.  Goma says its good for constipation.

1 small papaya, cubed, skin peeled, seeds discarded.
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar
12 ice cubes

In a blender fill ½ way with crushed ice (12 cubes)
Add 2 cups papaya, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Blend until smooth.
