Wines from this bodega have been favorites of mine for over ten years, as the basic bottle was the one of the best values under ten dollars for many years. This is also a favorite of mine to sell at restaurants, for patrons looking for a little heft, but not over the top flavors. Comprised mostly of tempranillo, throw in some cabernet sauvignon and round it out with merlot. This fits the criteria for what I call a Spanish Bordeaux blend. Break out the grill and enjoy this wine right now, it is too juicy to wait any longer.
